Alya Haq - Founder and President

Alya grew up eating dates from all around the world. But it was on a trip to the Coachella valley with her husband and kids that she realized the best dates in the world were grown so close to home. And so she began her journey into the world of date farming. Making the 143 mile trip (one way) from Pasadena to Thermal a few times a week for over a year and a half, she explored, learnt and studied. After many hours driving (and miles on her car!) she started Nature’s Anthem.  

Jesus Hernandez - Farm Foreman

Jesus has over 20 years experience in date farming. He is knowledgeable and has expertise in all areas of growing dates. He especially loves pollination season on the farm, a time when watching for the flower growth is of key importance. Jesus lives in Coachella Valley with his wife and three boys.
